Cub Scout Shoot- O- Ree
The Pack 129 Bears Den will be meeting at the Cub Scout Shoot-O-Ree Sunday, September 15th at Maumee Scout Reservation. This event is open to registered Cub Scouts and their Cub Scout age siblings. This event is especially great for boys and girls who just joined the program. Early registration is $15 until 9/11, after which it is $20 per scout.

Activities will include BB Shooting, Archery, Sling Shots, Water Balloons, Rubber Band Shoots, Marshmallow Shoots, Football Toss and more. New events are added each year! Snacks & lunch will be available for an additional cost at our OA Café or you can bring your own lunch. There will be a Trading Post available for those wishing to purchase snacks and souvenirs. Bring your family digital camera for a special Camera Shoot Scavenger Hunt.
Please check the weather forecast for the day of your choosing, and make sure each participant is prepared and dressed appropriately. This is a “rain or shine” event! There will be a variety of indoor and outdoor-activities for all sorts of weather conditions.

Bears are in Third Grade or 8-9 years old

Note:
Wolf and Bear uniforms are the same except for the hat and the Neckerchief.
Required:
- Shirt (Long or Short Sleeve)
- Belt
- Neckerchief
- Slide
Optional:
- Pants or Shorts
- Hat
Each Year:
- New Hat
- New Neckerchief
- Same Slide for Wolf and Bear Dens.
The Uniform Code:
Your scout should/will be encouraged to wear their uniform appropriately. The shirt should always be tucked in and orderly. They should understand the importance of representing the entire Scouts BSA Organization while in uniform.
